For Bilal pasha, success in CE has come against all odds. Being a son of a daily wage earner, he never gave up his dream of making it real one day. His family's sweat made him work harder to enlighten the world with the spirit of determination, hard work, and consistency. He got PEEF scholarship throughout his education.  

He got his Mphil and joined services as a sub-inspector. Currently, he is serving as Deputy Director of Punjab Agriculture. With that, it's important to highlight that he's been supporting his family throughout his academic years. With work, pressure, and his thirst for knowledge, Bilal was able to bag allocation in CE-2018. His story highlights that 'There is no shortcut to success.' If you wish to fulfill your dream, you need to put your nose to the grindstone.
